No, you don't lose any clicks, simply exit the app and then reopen it to see the actual clicks left. Do not forget to not just exit app, but completely close it, so it is not in your phone's background. Also this may be a bit of a confusion for someone, but that is how your phone gets identified against each app's update. Bit slow, if you'd ask me ;)
Yes, the app tracks every click and the time between clicks in variety of ranges to identify human-made clicks versus machine-made pings. We also calculate the time spent to reach main goal. If it is way too short from start to finish then it will be treated as a cheat and simply reload the game from scratch to let the player try again and again until he/she starts using actual fingers and plenty of time that will not trigger cheat-detections. Keep in mind, even a little chance of not using fingers will have the game reloaded. It ain't worth to be a cheat. You can access the click-tracker by tapping 4 very small spots on your screen in the exact order: top-left-corner > top-right-corner > bottom-right-corner > bottom-left-corner. Once within the click-tracker, you'll find the CPS label which stands for Clicks Per Second.
To get paid, please send your paypal email address via the form (and only that form!) provided upon completion of 1,000,000 clicks and not to the developer's email as that would not help you in getting paid. Once your paypal email address has been received via aforementioned form, you will receive your cash directly into your paypal account as soon as all of your clicks pass the click-tracker without red flags also known as cheat detections (this is an automated process and takes more time when more players finishing up the game). All payments are sent on first-come-first-serve basis.
